Trojan horse SHeur2.AYIK and fake programs

I am having fake programs running on my computer and I scan with AVG that detected a virus called Trojan horse SHeur2.AYIK and was able to heal it.

After a while the same threat will appear and avg will do the same. With this thing going in cycle I now a single antivirus cannot remove it. Is there something I can use to permanently delete Trojan horse SHeur2.AYIK?

    i have trojan horse on computer. name total security.
    SH eur 2. BAKR.
    i use avg 8.5 paid licence.
    it does not remove it. why not
