Solution for Win 7 Home Security 2013 Virus

Win 7 Home Security 2013 virus attacks my computer while I was browsing the web. I have no idea how it enters into my PC. A scanner just pop-up on my screen and there are no options to shut it down. After that, Win 7 Home Security 2013 installed itself and it is now on part of my programs. What I hate about this virus is its control over my other programs. It does not allow me to run any software. Each time I try to browse the web to download removal tool, it will pop-up an alert like this:

“Win 7 Home Security 2013 Firewall Alert
Win 7 Home Security 2013 has blocked a program from accessing the internet
Internet Explorer is infected with Trojan-BNK.Win32.Keylogger.gen
Private data can be stolen by third parties, including credit card details and passwords.”

For now, I am using my netbook to find a solution in removing Win 7 Home Security 2013. I am willing to try tools you may suggest to be able to get rid of this malware.

Thanks in advance,
Irfan A.

Win 7 Home Security 2013 virus can be removed using tools such as Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, and RogueKiller. All of them are available with free scanner. You also need a tool to remove the rootkit Trojan. I suggest TDSSKiller, aswMBR, and FixZeroAccess tool.

If Win 7 Home Security 2013 is blocking your Internet access, you have to activate the program using the provided code.

Win 7 Home Security 2013 Registration Key: 3425-814615-3990

Run a tool of your choice. Just make sure you will scan the computer with an anti-malware program and also anti-rootkit, as mentioned.

Excellent, easy to follow instructions. Used them to fix my daughter’s computer this morning. I instructed her to install an AV, which she did not have.

Why this kind of viruses comes into the computer..? Is there any step to get rid of them permanently..?
