ScorpionSaver virus removal

ScorpionSaver virus has just invaded my computer. It seems that no other tools can remove this thing. I have tried malwarebytes, superantispyware, adaware, and many others but this adware manages to stick to my computer. Malwarebytes was able to detect and remove items of ScorpionSaver but whenever I surf the web, I am still getting pop-up ads and other annoyances. Pop-up blocker is also halted on my system and is not effective on this kind of threat.

I am not certain how I got this malware. Last thing I’ve done before having ScorpionSaver is download a video player from CNET. Everything I downloaded from this site is working fine and delivers what I wanted. But in this instance, the player was nowhere to be found and all I got is ScorpionSaver pop-up ads and browser redirect problems.

Uninstalling the program from Control Panel of Windows and removing any registry did not help. ScorpionSaver keeps on coming back and do its thing on my browser. I have repetedly deleted add-ons and extensions from Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. It appears that I have successfully deleted the entry but after restarting the browser, ScorpionSaver comes back again.

If anyone can help me remove this notorious program by Adpeak permanently, I would be more than thankful.
