How to detect virus on my Website

I have my website www. friendsengggcorp .com After a day or two, it is showing as a reported attack site. I have to delete all the files on the server and upload all the files again. It runs for a day or two and then again showing the same sign. I have checked my computer but there is no virus. Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

Two website tools to confirm that. Norton SafeWeb and McAfee SiteAdvisor. You must also coordinate with your Hosting provider.

    ranjithkumar,

No matter how you cleaned your website if your computer is infected same thing will happen again.

Trojan will use your own computer to infect your website. Before uploading your files, make sure that your computer is free from viruses.

Also dont save any credentials such as username and passwords of your website or hosting accounts. You may also want to change all your passwords related to your website such as FTP etc…

See also if your index.htm or index.php file is clean, if you notice a garbled java script string, remove it.
