Mystart.Incredibar.com Hijacks Google Chrome

Donna8
Hi, I am struggling with a browser hijacker called MyStart By Incredibar. It redirects my Google Chrome to its own web site like mystart.incredibar.com incredibargames.com. This thing started after I have installed a program called Ilivid. All the while, I thought it was useful software. I have no idea that it will cause a lot of trouble on my computer. It is too late now. My Google Chrome is already infected with Mystart by Incredibar.
I just hope that some members from this forum can help with this virus. I have an antivirus program installed but it didn’t detect the infiltration. Right after the virus appears, I run a full scan on my computer hoping that it can clean it, but nothing happens. Antivirus founds zero threat. Do you have any suggestion to remove Mystart.Incredibar.com hijacker and toolbar from my Google Chrome?
Thanks in advance.

MyStart by IncrediBar comes bundled with freeware and shareware programs. Most of the time, it allows you to select the add-ons that you wish to install.
IncrediBar toolbar can be uninstalled just by going to Control Panel and selecting Add/Remove Programs.
How to uninstall mystart.incredimail.com from Google Chrome:
1. Click on Customize and control Google Chrome icon. Go to Tools > Extensions.
2. Select IncrediBar and remove
3. Then reset the home page and search engine by following steps.
1. Click on the icon ‘Customize and control Google Chrome’, select ‘settings.
2. Click the ‘Manage search engine’ button and choose ‘Google’ and make it your default search engine. Then remove MyStart Search.
3. To set a home page, Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar and Select Settings. Under Appearance, put a tick mark on Show Home button and change the home page. Also set Open specific pages when you open Chrome. Go to the “On startup” section and click “Set pages” to enter the web addresses.

I’ve tried removing Incredibar and its components in the ways mentioned above and I reset my settings. I run Google Chrome version Version 24.0.1312.52 m so there isn’t a wrench in the corner, there are three parallel horizontal bars. I managed to remove Incredibar from the Control Panel and I ran MalwareBytes AND Spybot. However I’m now getting an intermittent message from Chrome saying it can’t find MyStart. The worst thing is that it doesn’t do it all the time so I can’t tell when it’s going to happen.
