Help remove MISSNGPAGE.COM redirects

My laptop’s Internet browser is being redirected to MISSNGPAGE.COM. Including all searches from Internet Explorer and then pop-ups a random website. Any advice on how to remove this redirect virus from my computer? Thanks

Please follow carefully these procedure for MALWARE removal.

    1. Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (mbam-setup.exe) and save it on your Desktop.
    2. After downloading, double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
    3. Follow the prompts and install as “default” only
    4. Before the installation completes, check on the following prompts:
    – Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
    – Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
    5. Click “Finish.” Program will run automatically and you will be prompt to update the program before doing a scan. Please update.
    6. Scan your computer thoroughly.
    7. When scanning is finished click on the “Show Results”
    8. Make sure that all detected threats are marked, click on Remove Selected.
    9. Restart your computer.

Note: MALWARE may prevent mbam-setup.exe from downloading and running. You can download and rename this program from a different computer before running it on infected system.

You may also try SUPERAntiSpyware. It’s free.

Download SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition from http://www.precisesecurity.com/tools-resources/free-antispyware/superantispyware-free-edition/. If you are already running SUPERAntiSpyware, make sure to update to the latest version and/or spyware definitions prior to scanning as definitions are updated many times per day.

After downloading, double click the SUPERAntiSpyware.exe file to begin installation. If you have problems downloading or installing, please follow these instructions:
    http://www.superantispyware.com/supportfaqdisplay.html?faq=71

Select “Scan Your Computer” from the main screen.

    Select “Perform Complete Scan.”

Follow the prompts to quarantine/remove the infected files.

In many cases, it will be necessary to reboot following the scan. You should run another complete scan to ensure a clean system as many infections try to install new components during system shutdown and reboot.
